2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. qx999 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time. 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Accuracy

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by qx999, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. qx999 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by limits set by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your qx999 account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. qx999 does not charge any fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. qx999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your qx999 account or that has been verified as belonging to you. qx999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification or in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected. Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a withdrawal processing review.
4.6 Currency
All account balances, bonus amounts, wager calculations, and winnings are denominated in BDT. qx999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion fees and exchange rate losses are borne solely by the player.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New qx999 players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Existing players who create new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again will have their accounts closed and winnings voided.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds issued by qx999 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the stipulated time will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

- Sports Betting: 50% contribution (qualifying bets with odds of 1.50 or greater)

5.4 Bonus Abuse
qx999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, or providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus.
5.5 Ongoing Promotions
qx999 regularly offers promotions including weekly cashback, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal tournament prizes aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus terms apply where specific promotion terms are silent on a matter.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses
qx999 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply until the bonus expires or wagering requirements are met.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
qx999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a platform error, network delay, or any other reason — will be voided without compensation.
6.2 Errors and Technical Faults
In the event that an obvious error has occurred in the publication of odds, lines, or casino game outcomes — including cases where odds are clearly mispriced due to a system fault — qx999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. qx999 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, network disruptions, or platform outages beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Cricket Betting Rules
For all cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — the following rules apply:
- Match-winner markets require a minimum number of overs to be completed to stand as valid, per the relevant competition's rules for rain-affected matches.
- In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. qx999 is not liable for odds movements between bet submission and confirmation due to network latency.
- If a match is abandoned, suspended indefinitely, or relocated to a different venue, qx999 reserves the right to void affected markets at its discretion.
- Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) will be settled based on official scorecards from the relevant governing body.
6.4 Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on qx999 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules published by each game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. qx999 acts as a distributor of games supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.
6.5 Maximum Payout Limits
qx999 applies a maximum single-event payout limit of ৳5,000,000 (BDT Five Million) per player per day across all sports betting markets. For casino games, maximum payout limits vary by game and provider, and are disclosed within each individual game interface. qx999 reserves the right to pay winnings exceeding these limits in instalments.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qx999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Operating more than one qx999 account simultaneously or in succession
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage in sports betting or casino games
- Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on information not available to the general public

- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion restrictions by creating a new account
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards qx999 support staff or other players
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing qx999 accounts or account balances
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your qx999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request self-exclusion from the qx999 platform. 8.3 Suspension by qx999
qx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- qx999 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion involving your account
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- You have made a chargeback or payment dispute against qx999 that is found to be unsubstantiated
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require qx999 to restrict your access
8.4 Balance Upon Closure
Where an account is closed by qx999 due to a breach of these Terms, qx999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, qx999 may forfeit the balance in its entirety. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player within 10 business days.
8.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet placement). qx999 will notify the account holder via email before any dormancy administration fee is applied. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Additional Legal Provisions
Liability, Privacy & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qx999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if qx999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
qx999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qx999 account in the 30 days preceding the claim. qx999 is not liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
Privacy & Data Protection
